PCS Bail Bonds, Tarrant County’s Premier Bail Bond Service, Responds to Fort Worth Fugitive Breaking Bail Conditions

PCS Bail Bonds, Fort Worth, Texas’ most trusted bail bond service, is reacting to a Fort Worth criminal who broke his bail conditions and attempted to escape conviction.

Donald Fourqurean was originally arrested back in December of last year on a suspected homicide of another Fort Worth resident. However, Fourqurean did not adhere to his bail and removed his electronic monitor before fleeing the state of Texas. He was found and arrested shortly after in New Mexico and will be extradited to Texas, where he will face murder charges. “Unfortunately these things happen,” says Paul Schuder, owner of PCS Bail Bonds. “We’re glad this criminal was caught and will face the penalties for his actions; both the alleged homicide and the attempt to flee custody.”

Upon his initial arrest, Fourqurean was granted $500,000 bail. Tarrant County Courts later reduced the bail amount to $200,000 under the premise that the accused follow certain bail conditions, including wearing an electronic monitor so his whereabouts could be tracked.

“Homicides usually have larger bail amounts for a variety of reasons, such as the nature of the crime and the potential threat the accused poses to the community,” Schuder explains. “Several factors are under consideration by judges who then issue an appropriate bail amount.”

“The practice of reducing bail and placing additional conditions is something practiced fairly often in Tarrant County Court and is at the judge\’s discretion,” Schuder concludes. “Essentially, judges agree to reduce bail amounts and accept alternative bail conditions as they see fit. But unfortunately, a reduced bail didn\’t stop the accused in this case from attempting to flee.”
