PCS Bail Bonds, Tarrant County’s Premier Bail Bond Service, Weighs in on Inauguration of Sharen Wilson, Tarrant County’s First Female District Attorney

PCS Bail Bonds (www.PCSBailBonds.com), Fort Worth, Texas’ most trusted bail bond service, is weighing in on the inauguration of Sharen Wilson as the first female District Attorney in Tarrant County.

On January 1, former state District Judge Sharen Wilson was sworn in as the first female District Attorney to ever serve Tarrant County at the Tarrant County Courthouse. Following being inducted, Wilson vowed that the goal of the District Attorney’s office was to “seek justice for all, for every person in our community regardless of their place in life, where they live, [and] what their background is,” and that they “will never apologize for following the letter of the law.” Wilson will enjoy a four-year term with a $36.0-million budget to handle over 300 employees. “This is a great day for Tarrant County,” says Paul Schuder, owner of PCS Bail Bonds. “Regardless of her gender, Ms. Wilson was well respected as a state District Judge and is more than deserving of her new position as District Attorney.”

Others have commented positively to Wilson being sworn in. Michael Henry, Bar Association President for Tarrant County, said he doesn’t know anyone that was better at “advancing women’s position to practice law in Tarrant County,” while Judge Glen Whitley called Wilson “tough, fair, and compassionate.”

“I suspect there will be some change in the way the DA’s office will be run, as Ms. Wilson is very clear in the way she communicates and in her expectations of those she works with,” Schuder concludes. “We at PCS Bail Bonds welcome her to her new post and are looking forward to a positive experience following her leadership.”
